3 apartments were renovated, rehabilitated with a view to operating Local Accommodation, as well as the application of Capoto on the rear and side gables and common areas (stairs). All the windows were replaced with PVC profile frames with double glazing and thermal and acoustic insulation.
The entire electrical installation was replaced and the ITED installed, the existing floor was repaired, the walls, doors and skirting boards were painted, new bathrooms and kitchens were installed and all the building's plumbing was replaced, as well as a 12m2 terrace.
During the refurbishment of the three floors and common areas, special attention was paid to maintaining the existing design and not distorting the architecture of the building. All existing materials in good condition were recovered and maintained.
