150 meters from the beach and with all the city experience that Espinho can offer with services nearby, this project privileges the accessibility and comfort of living by the sea.
Regarding the interior areas, the social zones always allow the creation of two large living and dining areas with permanent access to the kitchen either with island in open space or open with the possibility of placing a sliding door, equipped with the latest generation appliances. Private areas either with built-in wardrobes or with walking wardrobe depending on the typology.
All houses were designed for an experience of optimum thermal and acoustic comfort with minimalist cortizo windows, water heating with heat pump and solar panels, central heating with ventilo convectors to heat and cool the house, the kitchen was designed with the best materials and Bosch appliances.
All houses have a garage and electric charging point.
