AMI9089 (hereinafter referred to as HomeLovers) – we worry about the safety and protection of the personal information provided by our clients. Therefore, and in order to, at any time, process your data legally, loyally and transparently, in accordance with national and European legislation, both in terms of collection and subsequent processing of your personal data, we have updated and adjusted our personal data protection policy, in compliance with (EU) Regulation 2016/679 of the Parliament and Council, known as the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR, now in force. The same applies to the branches HomeLovers Porto (GoProd - Home Broking, AMI 11400) and HomeLovers Algarve that operate in a legally independent manner and implement their own GDPR.

Our legal basis to process your information

Legality: consent, execution of real estate mediation contract, legal obligation, vital, legitimate and public interests.

The use of personal data is necessary to carry out management tasks arising from the commercial and / or contractual relationship with clients who have demonstrated an interest.
